How Bookings Work

  1. Send an enquiry with your details

  4. Your date is secured with a deposit

Booking & Cancellation

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

If an event is cancelled within 7 days of the booking date, the full balance is payable.

One date change may be accommodated subject to availability.

  • No. Alcohol is not included.

    Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a tailored shopping list with recommended quantities and optional spirit suggestions, so you can choose brands that suit your preferences and budget.

  • I specialise in small group experiences.

    • Cocktail classes: best suited for 6–12 guests

    • Private bartender services: ideal for 6–16 guests, with a maximum of 20 guests for relaxed service

    • Larger groups (up to 30 guests) can be accommodated with a fixed cocktail menu

    Keeping groups small ensures quality, attention, and a calm pace throughout the event.

  • Cocktail classes typically last around 2 hours

    Private bartender services usually run for 3–4 hours

    Longer sessions can be arranged if needed.

  • Pricing includes:

    • Planning and menu guidance

    • All bar tools, glassware, ice, and garnishes

    • Setup and clear down

    • Professional hosting throughout the experience

    Alcohol is not included.

  • I’m based in Cirencester and work throughout:

    • The Cotswolds

    • Gloucestershire

    • Oxfordshire

    • Wiltshire

    Travel beyond these areas can be arranged by request.
